Caring for big guys

Rednour, a graduate of North Carolina State University College of veterinary medicine, practices with fellow veterinarian Meg Johnson. They specialize in the care and treatment of large animals. Their profession is ideal for outdoorsy types who have a passion for animals, health, and science. The veterinarians at the clinic usually start their workdays with appointments, but the majority of their time is spent traveling to farms to treat animals. Much of that care involves vaccinating

Livestock, but the veterinarian also tends wounds, diagnoses, treat sick animals, and help with difficult births. Rednour works about 50 to 60 hours per week, but he worked as many as 100 hours a week when he first started he’s career.
